Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement by email to hi@elija.life or by post to Almos Alexander Pocs, Pfarrer-Ludwig-Weg 5, 86919 Utting am Ammersee, Germany, is sufficient. One sentence is enough — we do not ask for reasons.
Effects of withdrawal
We refund all payments received without delay, and at the latest within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Digital content and early start
If you expressly ask us to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends (i.e. you want to use the app right away), you owe a proportionate amount for the service provided up to your withdrawal. AI credit ("fish") already spent is consumed service and is not refunded; unspent credit is refunded in full.
